Buying and Selling Property In Trinity Cove

                                                                                                       

We are still having issues with property being bought and sold in Trinity Cove and not being reported to the Trinity Cove Office. 

Everyone needs to be aware that Trinity Cove is a non-profit organization and a private subdivision with Maintenance Fees due on every lot. 

Please do not purchase property in Trinity Cove without contacting the office first to see if there are any outstanding dues, taxes, or debts owed on the property you are interested in buying or you could possibly assume that debt. 

Our Office Manager will be happy to supply you with the necessary information on property that you may be interested in, tell you about any other property that is currently for sale, the availability of property on the Tax Strike-off List, or property that may be coming up for auction at the Sheriff’s Sale.

     Important information!

  •  If you are interested in selling your lot, you may contact the office in writing, and they will add it to the list to give to people wanting to buy in our subdivision. Please note if your lot is developed or undeveloped and a current contact number.

  • If you are renting your property in Trinity Cove you are responsible for completing a property information form. Renter’s information must be on file in the office for any rental property. You can download that form at the bottom of this page.
